This was a difficult trip to plan for someone who likes the outdoors. The entire country is an infinite swath of impeccable wilderness sparsely interspersed with cities. This trip only served as an appetizer for more elaborate outdoor adventures in the future. With so many places to visit, it is rare for me to want to revisit a place, but after this first trip, I know that I have to go back to Canada at some point.

On this trip, I stayed in cities as my base and travelled around. I visited the areas around Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, and Toronto. Thanks to great hosts and friends who showed me around and made this trip so memorable.
