This was an ambitious road trip with a bunch of friends, and it all worked out with lots of adventure and new experiences along the way. We started in Germany, then partied and drove through Austria, Slovenia, and our final destination, Croatia. We had to cross the tiny strip of Bosnia and Herzegovina to get to Dubrovnik.

The highlight of the trip for me was staying in Hvar Island, with its amazing beaches and charming villages.

We made this trip during the height of popularity of the TV series ‘Game of Thrones’, a lot of which was filmed in Croatia, and we had fun spotting the locations, some of which appear in this video.
