Mallorca is the biggest of the Balearic Islands off the coast of Spain. Though Ibiza is more notorious because of its nightlife, Mallorca’s pristine beaches and seafood are second to none. The north coast drive through the Serra de Tramuntana is one of the best drives I’ve taken, with the bright blue Balearic Sea always visible throughout the undulating road.
